“Seminar on marine fisheries management officials from developing countries”—The Trip to Haid

On 10th of May 2014, the “2014 Seminar on marine fisheries management officials from English-speaking African countries", hosted by China's Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by Fujian Marine Research Institute ", with a delegation of 25 officials (heads or senior technical officials of fisheries and aquaculture department from 15 English-speaking African countries) paid a visit to Haid Group and Hinter under the leading of Liang Hongxing, the Director of Fujian Marine Research Institute and Professor Chen Xu.

Accompanied by Dr. Zhang Song, the Deputy General Manager of Hinter and Ju Peng, the Marketing Sales Manager, the African delegation visited the Testing Base, Guangdong Haid Group Husbandry and Fisheries Research Center, Customer Experience Center and the Workshop, Testing Technology R&D Centers and Office Building of Hinter. In the course of visit, the officials were greatly impressed by the Large Precision Instruments in Haid Group Research Center, the rapid development of Haid Group, the bright and clean Workshop and Offices of Hinter under the 5S Management System as well as her internationalization and the staff’s positive & professional mental attitude. Moreover, Hinter’s expert team led by Dr. Zhang Song, made an introduction of the current status for aquatic feed as a supplement to the visit, followed by a section of communication and discussion with the officials, when the delegation officials continuously raised questions with keen interest, in a very harmonious atmosphere.

When the visiting finished, Ms. Manisha Curpen, a technical official of the Department of Marine Resources Fisheries Technical Officer from Mauritius acknowledged Hinter on behalf of all delegation members. “I really appreciate Hinter’s hospitality, owing to which we benefit a lot from this exchange-not only getting to know the market situation and developing trends of aquaculture feed industry, but also realizing the underlying opportunities. We will actively commit to explore and develop our economic and trade contact with China after returning back to our countries.” She emphasized.
